Get your heart racing and ready for Valentine’s Day with Love on the Run! The 10K, 5K and 1M events take place on the Bonanza Trail and the beautiful parks surrounding. All events are open to runners and walkers alike, and families and strollers are welcomed.
10K: $45
5K: $35
1M: $25
- All races are chip-timed using a lightweight, disposable chip that is attached to the back of the race bib. No tags to attach to your shoe and no chips to return following your race!
- Walkers, families, strollers, and doggies on leashes are welcomed in all events.
- All participants receive a technical tee shirt, raffle prize entry, and special finisher award. Awards will be given for the top male and female in each event.
- You must register by February 5th to be guaranteed a shirt! Late registrants will receive shirts on a first-come, first-served basis.
Register online at www.imAthlete.com until midnight Thursday 9 February. Late registrations also accepted at Packet Pickup and race morning. Please bring cash or checks payable to “ERT” or “Elemental Running and Training.”

Races will start immediately following the raffle
Refreshments will be offered following the race at Fleet Feet Sports.
All participants will receive a commemorative technical shirt and entry into a raffle to win one of many great prizes provided by ERT’s generous sponsors and partners.
Awards will be given for top male and female in each event.
