Three aid stations plus the Start/Finish are provided along the course. Aid stations will supply water, electrolyte drink, gels, salt tablets, soda, and snacks.
Wendells’s and Catecroft aid stations may or may not be manned during any point of the weekend. It is always the runners responsibility sign in on the check in sheet.

Pacers will be allowed for the 100M runners only. They will be allowed to start with the runner after completion of two loops (at mile 50) or at dusk.
The performance rules apply to every runner on the course. These additional rules and information will also apply to the Relay Teams.

- There is no set distance each runner must run.
- Only one (1) runner on the course at a time.
- The course must be run in order, as shown above, four (4) times for the complete 100 miles.
- Only Cool and Knickerbocker aid stations can be used for a runner changeover.
- Runners MUST CHECK IN with the aid station before leaving for their leg for tracking and safety.
- Please plan your legs accordingly. The 9.9M leg is by far the hardest, especially in the afternoon sun.
